Strategy comes first. You can’t build a new website or execute a digital campaign if you don’t have an understanding of your goals and strategy. Our approach follows from what is taught at Harvard Business School – “Value Based Strategy“.

With this in mind, we help our clients identify their market opportunity. We hone in on the features and benefits of their products and services that provide value and differentiate them from the competition. And then we create plan with will help their brand, voice and message standout and be seen by their target audience.

Our founder, Kevin McLeod, has more endorsements for Strategic Planning than any other skillset. And to further emphasize this commitment to strategy, our CEO and CTO also have their own Business Strategy Coach who advises them on goals and leadership.

Goals and Measurement

As the old sayings go…”a goal without a plan is just a wish” and “you can’t manage what you don’t measure”. This is why we feel like goal setting and measurement are keys to digital marketing success.

We work with our clients to set reasonable goals and report back on performance. When executing digital campaigns, we meet with our clients monthly to ensure they are aware of the performance of various tactics along with the ROI of the money they are spending.

Our best clients have been with us for over 10 years. As we continue to tweak and evolve their goals, strategy, tactics, messaging, we in turn watch their businesses grow and evolve with the times. It’s one of the greatest benefits of the work we do – helping other businesses grow.

Trust Matters

We know a lot of clients have had bad experiences with other suppliers in the digital marketing space. It’s all too common in our industry due to the low barriers-to-entry, the lack of regulations and the general lack of business acumen by some of the lower-end players in this space. It’s unfortunate. But this is also true for other service-based industries. This is one of the reasons why our founder, Kevin McLeod, joined the board for the Better Business Bureau of BC. We believe that improving trust in the marketplace is important.
