PLEA
The Challenge
PLEA’s existing website was extremely outdated and difficult to read and navigate. At the time they approached Yardstick, they were working with Carly Cunningham, a branding specialist who has referred a number of clients to us over the years. The organization had developed all sorts of different assets and collateral, and Carly had worked with the PLEA team to develop a visual design for the website. They needed our help to build and develop a functional site that would look just like the designs.
The Solution
We started by putting together a development estimate to work within the limited budget of a non-profit organization. With some support, we built a website that matched the pre-approved designs and that not only looks much better, but is much more user friendly for prospective donors, volunteers, and those in need.
The Results
PLEA’s website has been serving them well for a number of years — so much so that they’ve come back to us to request additional websites for specific community programs. As always, we stay strictly within budget for non-profit projects — this is part of what’s allowed us to build relationships based on mutual trust with our non-profit clients, like PLEA.
