Andrew Bartle

Andrew is Yardstick’s Director of Business Development. In his day-to-day, he can be found liaising with current and prospective Yardstick clients, developing relationships and working out website and digital marketing solutions to suit a variety of industries.

Andrew holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Victoria and a Master’s of Business, Entrepreneurship and Technology (MBET) from the University of Waterloo. His education is bolstered by over 25 years of experience in browser-based software business development and over 15 years of experience integrating digital marketing into Website CMS. Andrew has the skills and experience in inbound and outbound strategy and execution to understand each client’s unique business model and goals. He works with clients to effectively apply digital marketing strategies that help grow and develop existing businesses, as well as get young businesses off the ground.

The key to Andrew’s success, in his own words, is to approach each client with an open mind, treating each person and business as a unique learning opportunity. By learning from each client interaction, Andrew helps the whole Yardstick team continually improve its systems and deliver the best value to clients.

Andrew combines a philosophy of open-mindedness and fearless execution with a commitment to professional development, building and refining his skill set through industry workshops, seminars, and other learning opportunities.

When he’s not at his desk or networking with prospective clients, Andrew can be found hiking, mountain biking, and keeping active with resistance training.
