Yes, we, like most companies are dedicated to providing great service to our clients. But, we don’t like clichés or corporate mantras. So, instead, we’ll just tell you how we genuinely feel about our purpose and our team.

Our Purpose

We build websites that have a sharp, professional appearance. And we manage an array of online products and services which provide measurable and significant returns on investment for the time and money that our clients invest with us. We build long-term win-win relationships and really get to know our clients as the people that they are and not just a set of requirements within a project.

Our Team

We are a growing team of talented people that have skills that compliment each other. We are frequently assessing ourselves and our roles to ensure each team members has a roll that creates the three fundamentals of professional satisfaction – autonomy, mastery and purpose. In addition to our shared purpose above, our team members each have the freedom to explore their own ideas and create new or better ways of solving problems for ourselves and our clients. And each of our team members has their own professional goals. We all know each other’s goals and support each other as we each attempt to master our desired niches.

We recognize that each person has strengths and weaknesses and we hire team members based on the gaps we’ve identified in our team combined with the strengths that each candidate brings to the table. Fit with our team is usually more important than the individual skills listed “on paper”. We enjoy each other’s company both while at work and while at play. And when it’s time to turn off the computers and enjoy life, we do just that.
